I have for the past few years used a razer blackwidow and want to get something new for christmas.

What do you guys recommend preferably not a razer product as ive had issues with this keyboard since the first year of owning it.

I was looking specifically for cherry mx switches though I am not too sure on the colour maybe get blue again as I am a fan of clicky keys but it is not necessary

Yep, yep. I've been pounding the keys on my Ducky Shine 2 for almost five years now. Zero defects.


And I type like a pile driver. Mainly because back in the service I learned to type (at least what I call typing) on a Model 28 Teletype, where the keys had about 1/2" of travel and took about 2-3 ft/lbs of force to depress them. :)

some people might know better than me about keyboards, but you will never go wrong with a mid-high end Corsair.
