Am I valuing the % on Wave of Light too much or am I correct in saying the non ancient wins here?

Maybe you can go on D3 planner and put your gear, and test the number to check the best route to take. Easy planner to use, I always use it to min/max.

Imo, Non ancient one (for the ones you have currently) would be better. Don’t forget to consider the things like % Elemental dmg (fire for WoL obvi) over Dex/Crit/etc will lower your sheet dmg, but will increase your overall dps when attacking.
