What devices do you need to listen to audio books? And are there devices small enough so you can listen to it while working out or running?

phones should work. you can buy straps to put them on your arm if you want. you can also use bluetooth to avoid tripping on wires.

if you have mp3 files, any mp3 player will work. here's a small one: https://www.amazon.com/Sandisk-8GB-Clip-Player-Black/dp/B00VXMY262

If you happen to use your phone there http://powerampapp.com/ is a fantastic app to use. The best feature for me is a timer, for when I fall asleep listening to a book.

Didn't know about this app, thanks!

I have always just used my phone. Can easily load any media files and it plays through my blue tooth headphones.
