Hy.

i got a Pressure Sensor which messures 0 to -1 bar.
For what applications i can use it?

It has one input for pneumatic.

I'd say you can use it when the pressure is between 0 and -1 bar.

Absolute one yes, but relative can be negative
0 being ground zero earth pressure

The atmospheric pressure sensor is a differential detection device between two atmospheres. The reference pressure can be either the other side of a physical boundary or with reference to a preset measurement, most often with reference to x atmospheres at sea level.

Another type of pressure sensor would be a piezoelectric sensor which will active when downward or inward force (compression) occurs. These are often used with automated gate systems to allow access to vehicles departing.
