hi, so ive been long time d2 player, but i never actually played the game until recently when I saw people doing speed runs on twitch tv. I always had my characters rushed and chanted and pre-geared.

I started playing single player since the realm looked dead

I made a javazon and played through the game, and made it to hell act 3 and got stuck.

My build consists of fury, charged strike and some into plague javalin, mostly vitality, and I'm level 51 right now,

does anyone have some advice on what I should do? Do I need to restat to a different build or go grind some level ups to get higher level?

There seems to be immunes of all types in this act and so far trying to run passed them has always gotten me stuck and killed!

It’s the best of the worst. Amazons are bad in classic. Blizzard gave them nerfs in expansion that have echoed into classic and made them virtually unplayable.

Ur screwed unfortunately light resistance in a3 hell is a block wall for the zon

I solved my hell act 3 problem and beat the game, it required me to restat and take a different approach.
Previously I was trying to make a hybrid lightning and poison zon to deal with immunes, and while this may be the most efficient end game build, it actually doesn't play out at the lower levels if you are leveling through hell. Either my poison was too weak, or my lightning was too weak, or they were both dismal and made for a slow shitty grind.

my solution, and if you plan to play a zon in the game use this build
20 charged strike
20 fury
after that, put all your extra points into valk

by the time you hit the later parts of act 2 and and act 3 hell, she will be strong enough to kill stuff, and also takes a lot of damage off of you, especially nice in boss fights.

its by no means a speedrun, but it makes playing the game through comfortable in all acts and all difficulties.

the amazon is truely a viable character in classic! despite popular belief
