Hello guys,

i live in Germany for about 27 years but was originaly born in

Жезкент
070000
Kasachstan

My problem is, i need for international purposes an over legalized birth certificate (international form - i guess in english).
The city hall in Germany cant help me out and say only my original birth town can do that.
Now ... i dont find any representative internet page from the town hall in Жезкент, especially i cant read cyrillic.

Can someone help me out to find a contact/ mail address from town hall in Жезкент?
I want to ask them if they can create me such a birth certificate and sent me as letter to Germany.

Hope someone can help. Will donate when can find. Thank you guys ^_^

Don't bother contacting your birth town, there won't be anyone speaking English in a Kazahstanian village of 10k people. You shouldn't need to anyway, the federal government can provide an official birth certificate.

Also, if you do have your birth certificate in Russian/Kazah, you should be able to get it translated and notarized in Germany. There's no reason to request a special international birth certificate from Kazahstan, and no guarantee that they even issue any such certificates. Typically a country issues a standard birth certificate in its national language, and this then gets translated by a registered notary to whatever language you need.

If you don't have your original birth certificate, I think your best bet is to write a letter to the Kazahstan consulate in Germany.

Isn't it obvious that he wants the certificate from "borats"?
