It can't have 2 sox coz there are already 3 prefixes on weapon (rare can have up to 3 prefixes and up to 3 suffixes); 2 assa skills, fool's mod and cruel (290ed) affixes are prefixes and 2sox is prefix as well, so it's not coz of self repair.
guxi claw indeed, but it has 5 affixes only
...I wonder if some str or mindmg or max dmg could spawn on such kind of claw
