I've always been big into cooking over a campfire/fire pit.

What do you all like to cook over the fire and what techniques are your favorite?

easily roasted whole goose. You can put a pan underneath to catch all that goose juice and make gravy and serve with potatoes

Hobo dinners. Dice potatoes, onions and your choice of meat (hopefully fresh game bird), along with butter, salt and pepper. Boom, instant awesome.
