Settling shouldn't be an option. It's a gross affront to the idea of justice.

Another thing to note, this is his sixth settlement for sexual harassment and other related related crimes, this time over a "non consensual" relationship, and they renewed his contract anyway (january) and then later got rid of him (april) so there will probably be more settlements to eventually come out, though it makes you wonder what's worse than a "non consensual" relationship.

For anyone who didn't actually watch O'Reilly, this woman was on all the time, year after year.

Cos Billy boy let her stay on air for giving him the sex.

To be fair to bill she didn't deserve the job based on her skills as a journalist. He does her a favour and she does him one. It's prostitution but she ain't a victim. She just cashing in.

Bill wins again. Lol Fox renews contract bringing him back on air with 100 million dollar contract after he settled the 32 million dollars.
