Yeah and the way the supposed "top prospects" have played so far I'm terrified the 9ers will take one of these top qbs.

They will, so will cleveland. It’s time for both franchises to draft a qb

It'd be pretty amazing if one of them signed Kaepernick

49ers should make sure they win 1 game so they get to pick after the browns

They have tried. And they have failed. They are making the right decision by not reaching for QBs they don't really believe can be their franchise guy at #1-3 in recent years. That's how they ended up being so bad for so long in the first place. Instead of building the team up with talent, they tanked the draft year after year.

Obviously they missed out on Wentz, but they're finally starting to stockpile some talent. This year, with the QB crop that will be available, they need to decide who their guy is going to be and go get him.

Exactly, well said. Trading the pick that became Wentz was super beneficial given what they turned it into. Worth way more than Wentz, especially given the Browns' track record of developing QB talent.

Yep, they're basically doing what the Sixers did which is exactly what they should be doing. Hope they stick with it through the inevitable backlash unlike the Sixers who fired the guy who masterminded their miraculous franchise turnaround.

Only reason to have him is to take knees to kill clock and you have to be winning to do that.
