I agree with most of what you said cept the shread, if you are gonna made a melee adc you gotta give him a way to combat tanks

Yea most of those things are fine by themselves, put they put it on a SINGLE champion and all of those except the shred are not even tied to his ultimate lol

If yasuo is so strong why is he never picked competively lol

His windwall is like an 18 second cool down. He does have the best passive in the game but most people dash all willy nilly and push their lanes. Idk I just found that most yasuos tilt so easily, but if you do get a good one, chances are he'll have a lot of kills

I do not think he is super strong. Just super fucking annoying. Also 18 second cooldown on a ability that could block 5 champs ults in a row... come on

Normally people that play those champions are the type of players that cry/complain/feed/Overextend/Blame Lag and never remotely consider its not the team there on that's the problem there not climbing it's themselves that is the problem
the most Especially Yasuo requires a low ping for his e spell movement the correct way/ Riven if you don't know how to play it correctly you do less dmg not knowing the combo/combo's/Vayne is in such a bad spot right now you gimp yourself playing in lane
and takes forever to scale up..you can say ganks/roams could help speed that up there is just so many other picks that would be better in the current patch other than vayne even tho i personally like the play style with her ult kiting and mechanics etc..
Also it mite of seen play at worlds but did you notice how much extra things you have to do compared to the usual adc's the vayne faced...Maybe in preseason with the New system vayne will be in a better spot i haven't had much time to
test everyone out bot lane except for a few it will be very intresting with these changes coming thur tho :P

Neither.

Riven or Yasuo tops for example have to snowball and get fed, when people play things like this in their own elo they are not very likely to play these champs to the extreme extent of going 5-0 every game like they need to in order to shine, which would result in the lower win rates. Not only that but depending on the elo the enemy team is also going to probably consider the fact that there is a riven or yasuo top, or even vayne bot and make it their life mission to cripple the champion, giving them an even less chance of being able to snowball.

The expectation is that you are going to be a mechanical god if you play those champs over what's meta. Most players aren't.
