one time i was almost at the bus stop like 1 block away and this was when my feet were real bad! i saw the bus coming but i could only take tiny steps to get there! i was waving my hands at the bus driver to stay at the bus stop but he didn't see me and drove right past me!

5 minutes later when i finally arrived at the bus stop, i had to wait 55 minutes for the next bus to get there! it was okay though cuz i wasn't in a hurry anyway!

As a non smoker myself you shouldnt be smoking in a designated public waiting area regardless if you alone

A non-idiot knows that and the bus driver was probably upset (for good reason) that losers disobey the rules which affects others both physically and their comfort level on a bus

Take your case to court, you will lose and waste the courts time and ultimately tax payers
