unless you're getting it fresh at a place, any grocery store sushi gets a couple days on the shelf anyway
nothing is as good as fresh (and not cold, lol) sushi, but i'd still eat it.
people are pretty puss when it comes to food. you can eat raw hamburger if you friggin want to.
