That's not what a clean fighter does, that's what a very smart, calculated athlete with resources does.
He has his own doctors that pre test him before he takes any test and that's why he couldn't deal with real random tests that are out of his friend circle aka once he has no control over.

Overeem has already shown he's still the best fighter in the ufc even in USADA era.
Stipe got a fluke win - it's all good... soon that belt will be where it belongs - in Overeem's hands making him the most accomplished fighter in human history (sport wise that is).
