This is something people fail to understand all the time, they want skills on a 1pt lf build like it makes any difference. Load up a perfect char on SP and slam these javs on, you'll be doing roughly 2000 avg damage less than the stygians I had. Also these javs are one in a dime, you can buy at LEAST 2-3 of these per realm. So nothing special.
For stats I give 9/10.
