Im connected to free wifi but you always have to agree to the security key that pops up in another tab, but most of the time it never pops up.

is there any way I can fix that ?

Its up to the Network Administrator to ask the key on each connection made or not.
I don't think you can disable it unless you disconnecting from the network itself.

Are you referring to the captive portal that pops up when joining the guest network? Else, you should always have to enter a security key for WPA2 enabled networks.

If you don’t see the captive portal, you can go into your managed networks (System Preferences -> Network -> Wi-Fi tab -> Advanced) and remove it from the list of networks you’ve connected to before. Then, rejoin the network.
