I think a high level 80s / really low 90s initiate with high attack and 95+ str is viable vs serks.

It really isn't, Maybe viable if you're a great pker vs shitty zerks. 60 att Zerks at that cb gonna wipe the floor with you.

You can see I logged into runescape at 13 defence and gained level 14-20, I did Nature' Spirit for addy gloves, I have no done the addy gloves section of rfd yet.

I mentioned in the post before that I did Nature's Spirit, which grants 13 defence.

Nature's Spirit is the only defence quest needed for rfd.
