So a couple years back I decided to change my lifestyle, I was a borderline 300 pounds. I was disgusted the way I looked, one day something in my head just told me I need to do something about it. So I started eating healthy, doing nothing but cardio and eating clean for about a year and a half or so. I dropped to about 190 pounds, about 8 months back I began weight lifting, I absolutely love it, I go almost everyday. It has become a lifestyle for the most part, I never thought the gains I have made would be possible. But I wanted to share with you guys, I am no where near what I want to be but I am going to keep doing my best to reach my goal.
