Can you actually lose gains from too much volume?


Was reading online, some guy put "your muscles can only take so much beating before you lose gains". Is that actually true lmao? I mean I think he's an idiot but I want vouches

You have to be able to lift a lot of weight to accumulate a lot of volume. So in your case, no.
