302 V8
5 Speed Manual.
Driving down the road and it bucks, idle jumps or drops, can be anywhere from 1500-3000 to zero and a stall, foot can be on the gas.
New IAC/TPS/Distributor Cap/Button/Plugs/Wires, Changed Thermostat and flushed coolant, No Mix of Oil/Water so head gasket isn't borked.

What could be the issue?

Those motors are pretty simple so it seems like youre running out of stuff, you didnt mention MAF... sometimes they can just get dirty , or if you over oil a reusable filter i mentioned MAF because its cheap and easy to clean it so at least that can be crossed off the list, easy enough to clean with some electronics cleaner

TFI module is common problem on those motors or fuel pressure regulator. there's also a couple key vacuum hoses, like the one that goes to the TFI module on the firewall, TFI is tied to timing
the older ones had the TFI built into the dizzy and then they moved it onto the firewall

Pull codes....

Spark plug wire, its unclear if you had same symptom before you changed everything but it look like you could have mixed 2 wire and have a bad firing order

iirc 302 have 2 different firing order too

sounds like o2 sensor. 94 is obd1 so you may not get a code like you would with obd2

timing off? Or mass air sensor? Possibly a failing crank position sensor, so many more sensors :D

Module? Coil? Fuel pump? Shit in fuel tank? Could actually be a lot of Thing

Hope this helps.

Clean the throttle body and see if it helps. Something causing it to not get the correct AFR.
Inspect MAF and Intake Manifold to make sure there's no cracks or leaks causing air to enter the system.
