What are some Halloween movies y’all like? Do you have certain ones you like to watch every year? Are you looking forward to any coming out?


I use to really look forward to hocus pocus and it’s still one of my favorites but them playing it so much every year now kind of made it lose its thunder to me. I still enjoy halloweentown even though I’m 28.. and I usually watch the nightmare before Christmas either around Christmas or Halloween. The corpse bride is one I like as well

I like scary movies but I’m a chicken when it comes to ghost/demon/possession movies. Cannot watch

I watched a movie called boys in the trees the other night I suppose it was halloweenish but was kind of more life lesson/sad

Anyway I’m open for some suggestions or some Halloween tradition stories!

Hocus pocus is like the Halloween equivalent of a Christmas story. Loved it as a kid and it’s still an awesome movie they just started playing it so much when the season is around I get kind of burnt out

I probably will still at least watch some of it this year though


We watched it together years ago. I guess I’m the real animal lover and I remember such fascinating animal documentaries. You don’t even remember the main ingredients in what dinner you’re cooking
