Any good ways to make like a week's worth of meals and not have dried out chicken by day 3?
Don't really have time to cook during the week because work full time and full time college so I'm usually out from like 9pm til 3pm the next day Monday thru Friday.

Only real free time I get is weekends and I'd like to get back into healthy eating habits

But bottles of General tso's sauce or something. Great to add to chicken and white rice. I think it's the new meal prep meta.

Key to not having your chicken dry out is to marinade them.

I buy my chicken in bulk and right after I skin them, I put them in a jar of fancy sauce to keep them moist and marinaded. Cook in sliced pieces. Don't cook them too long. Put them back in the sauce. Then, 3 days later, you get some pieces, roll them ever so slightly in flour to keep them moist and not let that escape the chicken by baking it. Pan on fire, bit of butter / oil, put marinaded chicken with a small flour jacket around it in, and hussle that pan back and forth until you get a nice complexion.

Eat and enjoy the tastiest, moisted, own flavoured chicken pieces, all homemade. Thank me later

tried this to start and i never thought about it. couple hours to make a massive pot full of chicken and rice and it came out great. added a little cheese for reheating and it doesn't taste dry at all. a little over 12 dollars gave me lunch for an entire week

Brining the chicken works well.

Soak chicken in salted/spiced w/ whatever you want water for at least 30 mins prior to cooking. Quick rinse the excess salt off chicken and then cook in oven.

Simplest sauce to marinade chicken in is some sweet chili sauce

This is a well known problem to man..
My solution either find a girl whos able to cook proper meals and ask for diffrent ones each day, or use alot of import sauce and expiriment alot with it on chicken.
