Yesterday the car had issues starting and then when I went to start it, it would just click real fast.
We pulled the car a few blocks to the house and today I swapped out the starter.

Now when the car starts it shakes roughly. Not super bad but noticeably. The battery is fine because it started right up, the lights and such work fine.
I turned all my lights off, ac, stereo just to see if something was drawing too much but still shakes. If I rev it up there is a whistle and slight hesitation.

Once I pull out and start moving tho 5mph or more it drives fine until I stop then shakes again.

It idles at about 500rpm.

I doubt it's a motor mount because it was fine prior, and when we pulled it with straps I doubt that would do anything as we were slow and didn't jerk the hell out of it with a slack pulley.
Battery is older but it starts right up so I don't think that it could be that unless the new starter is pulling the proper amount from battery maybe?

It's pouring out so I figured I'd ask you guys here while I wait for it to stop raining.
Any ideas?

Stopped raining and started it up and bow it's fine.
Rpm went back to 1k ish and no shakes.

Maybe the computer needed reset or something.
