Yesterday I got a message that the graphic driver was malfunctioning and the computer restarted itself.

Now when it restarts it appears a lot of graphic problems, green boxes, etc. I can't reboot the computer normally, only in safe mode.

I get a blue screen of death when I try to boot the computer normally. I booted it in safe mode and uninstalled the graphic driver and then rebooted.

The graphic driver was downloaded again automatically and reinstalled. I restarted the computer and the same error occurs (blue screen of death).

I run on windows 7. My video card is nvidia something. I can't find out because it is already uninstalled.

Any help?

What graphics card is listed in Device Manager? Or perhaps under dxdiag.exe ?
If a pre assembled PC, what make and model (example: HP 8540w)?

When you booted to safe mode and un-installed the graphics driver, how did you go about doing so?
Did you use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)?

No graphic card is listed on Device Manager because the computer can't boot if the graphic card driver is installed.

I simply uninstalled it on the Device Manager. I don't know why it doesn't appear there anymore.

After downloading the latest driver and DDU, I would disable the internet, untill you have run DDU and installed the new driver.

DDU Instructions - Nvidia
1. Get this program, here: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ ...get tyhe latest version, and save it to your desktop.
2. Get your vid card driver here, use the Manual Search: http://www.geforce.com/drivers ...save this to your desktop.
3. Run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) choose the "Highly Recommend Option", and just do what it tells you. If it wants to go into "Safe Mode", let it.
4. After it's done and comp has rebooted to normal mode, just double click the Nvidia driver to install. If it want's to reboot, let it.

Found the driver and followed your instructions. I am installing the downloaded Nvidia driver right now. I will post soon with the results.

Same thing. I did exactly as you wrote.

When the computer reboots you can see that the graphics are fucked and green boxes appear in the middle of the screen. Then the screen "Starting Windows" appears and after it tries to load windows, I get a blue screen of death and the computer shuts down.
It is really weird. While it is trying to load windows, my mouse light goes on and off, on and off.

I think it is probably hardware.. Gg graphic card.
