I dont get it , what do u mean by pattern? And why are there items listed beside the runes?? Can some give a cliff note version of what this is supposed to be?

When you click on a chest from Lower Kurast what drops isn't really random. There are only 65,536 possible drops. (256*256). So if you want a Ber and are playing on P7/8 there are only 3 known patterns. Each player setting has it's own set of possible drops. And as such certain difficulties are better for finding certain runes. This project is an attempt to discover all the high rune drop patterns so people know where to hunt for what.

So far there is no hard evidence of new patterns .. only " in this WT blabla but psetting was unknown"
LK have been run billions of times by thousands of bots. 65k patterns is nothing in that regard.

And to talk of my personal experience, I have never found a single rune that isn't already documented on the list. amusing.

I see you have concerns about this so let me explain

Unknown means it is not know to any player setting. Logic conclusions are it is either new or cheated
If you look at the current list there are 5 patterns like this so it is not just one "this WT psetting unknown blabla"
You think that guy (or the other ones) cheated a Pul rune on the latest pages in his WT?

As said before, I am also sure that most patterns have been discovered (especially P7/8) but why not try further if there is a strong hint for other patterns?
You mind posting your screens so we can verify, extend and better define some of these and prove the possibly cheated ones wrong?

The categories are to prevent/harden "cheated patterns" from gaining credibility
Ofc there is no chance of knowing if a posted screen is legit but this is what those categories are meant for

Ok, but when you say 'patterns', patterns of what?? The layout pf map or what?

A pattern is a particular set of items that drop along those runes (Pul and above here)

Take the following pattern as an example
(ID 150) Ber [PROVEN] War Sword, Wyrmhide Boots, Ring

4 screenshots of this exact same drop (Ber rune, War Sword, Wyrmhide Boots, Ring) are known currently
The other ones on the list are much like this example

In the end you get a clue about how many different rune drops can happen on a particular player setting out of the above mentioned 65,536 possible drops of these LK chests
This sums it up pretty good

Logic conclusion is we are in 2017. Pul runes doesn't count too. Vex+ might. I highly doubt someone else will prove me wrong. but let's see
