More specific use (what games, what programs): kids computer, mainly roblox
Planned time until purchase:asap
Do you need an Operating System?: nah
Do you have any specific preferred components?: no
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: no
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: stock and no

2 core, 4 thread.
Just throw in a gpu when kiddies start playing actual games :)

Changed psu in this build should you plan on keeping this PC around for 3+ years and adding a gpu

how important is small case to you?
at budget this low, i'd just go for performance rather than overpaying for smaller case & sfx psu.
u can swap out the case to a micro-atx case for $22, but the case i picked is on huge sale rn for cheaper so up to you.

Total: $421.30
use the remaining budget on any GPU from here, just get any with 1-2gb vram.

otherwise if u want all new shit, then
