hmmm..... I posted my specs, is there anything I can do to improve my framerate?

are those idle temps? if they are, you're probably having FPS problems due to the combination of having GT 720 + high temps thermal throttling when on load.

you can get an aftermarket CPU cooler, and re apply new thermal paste, upgrade GPU but you will need to get a quality PSU with it as well.

Great the CPU and RAM is fine.
Something like a GTX 1050ti which can pull enough power for the PCI-E lane.
Also add a small SSD and the system will fell like a brand new PC.

But need some pictures of the inside of the case. So I can see if the GPU needs to be low profile or not. And see if there is a sticker on the PSU so I can tell if the power supply can handle going from a 30W card to 75W card.

is there a specific thing that you would be wanting to see on the inside of my case?

1st thing i would do is enable xmp profiles in bios if you can, those timings are fucked for 1600mhz ddr3, should be like 9-9-9-24. Even if you can't fix the timings, it's a pretty small loss. You've got an extremely crap gpu that is basically only as good as the integrated HD graphics on your processor. a 1050 ti is a solid upgrade but with this processor at this resolution I would consider a 1060 or even a 1070 to get the most out of it. It's a pretty capable chip still. Not sure about needing aftermarket cooling, the stock cooler on haswell chips do the job fine if you keep them from becoming dust cakes.

/e obviously if you get something more power hungry than a 1050 ti a psu upgrade is likely an order
/e2 make sure your mobo supports Secure Boot as well before you buy anything, I don't believe the 1050 ti or any of the pascal cards work on a motherboard that doesn't have it and some OEM mobos lack support for it because lazy drivers.

Would like to see around your current GPU to see if it only fits a low profile GPU and a picture of the PSU.

Looks like it it will fit a regular profile GPU. There is a box in the top where a lot of wires comes out. Does it say anything?

look at the dust build up on the CPU cooler,
thermal throttling causes stutters.

there is a metal box with quite a few wires coming out of it in the top left, which of those would you need?
