So I'm having issues with frames with both PUBG and Poe, its not a ping issue. I wan wondering if someone can help me to upgrade my system? if its even possible? I know nothing of how I would go about this and a friend of mine suggested I try this forum.

u can go to 'run' menu and type 'dxdiag' press enter then tell us what your processor is then go to the display 1 tab and tell us your graphics card

And a GT 720 is really really lowend! Even an integrated in current CPUs are more powerful.
With a GT 720 i doubt its an custom built system. Is it tower from something like Dell? The problem here could be the power supply.

no it isn't a custom built system, it is a generic tower from Lenovo. I had intentions to upgrade and have finally come into some spare money that I can do so. The problem is I know nothing about these things and hate getting help from people that are paid to sell me shit lol.

that's what he is saying, it's not a custom built. It's a prebuild as he suspected, the problem with upgrading a prebuild is that you will end up paying more in the long run for less. When you have intentions to upgrade, never buy a prebuild for that purpose.For example, when you upgrade your graphics card, you need to get a new quality power supply for it, and also a new case if the new GPU is too big for the case. Or make due with a mini version of the gpu etc.

Your monitor is likely 60hz, Therefore going over 60fps is completely pointless in league.
