ignorance lol, but even if you don't support your local meetups, there is a huge offline scene for fighting games almost in every county in every state, and it's just as big in canada if you live in metropolitan areas, arcades are used as venue's for meetups sometimes, but it's also done at peoples houses or at stores owned by somebody in the FGC

this is my local meetup in Fort Worth, TX, we aren't even honestly THAT big of a meetup place, theres def way larger, but we are consistently here like 3 days a week grinding it out, places like this exist everywhere, if you REALLY want to get good at fighting games, this is how you do it. you will hit a wall playing online and won't be able to go any further that way.
