Trist and twitch are good but not permbanned lol. There are few adcs who get decent power spikes, still low compared to dravens, with good trading but draven is the most popular by far.
Also it's not a matter of comparing adcs side by side or a 1v1 matchup to determine which is ban worthy. There's a reason draven players tend to have higher winrates. It is simply the early game and quick power spike he has that makes him more successful.
I'm also willing to bet draven champ stats are higher than most adcs. Such as early game kills, gold, even winrate. He's known for being an aggressive snowbally champ. Tristana is not.
Oh I wasn't comparing power spikes of draven vs twitch vs tristana, was simply saying your statement about adc's not being bannable.
And yes, diamond 1 and up, trist and twitch are either picked or banned.. sometimes draven. It isn't the powerspikes, its the fact that these champions have the kits to just roflstomp lane, teamfights, and with how busted ardent censor is, attack speed reliant adcs are godlike atm. (Compared to MF, Jhin, Corki, Vayne... and Jinx, but nobody wants to play jinx in this meta).
You're not wrong about draven having higher winrates, because the champ is the cheese of adc's. That being sad, he's a cheese that can not only come back after a bad laning phase due to passive, but he can kill adc's building items like death dance, merc scimitar, and ninja tabs.. because his spinning axes are just insane.
