ranged champions have like 30to38.5 magic resist based on level
Mundo have MAGIC RESIST. 32.1 – 53.4
vs a no magic resist lvl18 ranged champion, i get 15%more damage from sorc shoes , when already completed my Liandry
if i not have Liandry/marks, same sorc shoes do only like 7%more damage
so basicly in this situation my sorc shoes make the penetration from my Liandry double as effective
Doing alot of deathfire Teemo atm, with 10scalling cdr runes and 10flat cdr runes, and zero mana regen runes

no magic resist, just warmog life and AP
but magic resist exist
and cdr boots exists
vs a melee champion, with only a few runes, not even a magic resist items, my mpen double dipping is more like 25%effective
and i was planning to do some Teemo build experimentations
