Park further away. I always park a nicer car away from everyone anyway. Nothing like buddy denting a 2000$ door in his 1200$ 98 camry cause he just dont give a fuck

Is that your way of saying it's a cheap car?

It's a value car, for someone who doesn't need backseats. The 6th gen steps the game up amazingly.

The exterior screams expensive and amazing, while the interior represents excellent value (but plastic compromises on dials and buttons and fake metal trim). The engine, chassis, breaks, steering, all that, are above the price point in terms of performance.

Have you ever driven the 6th gen V6 Camaro? It's a beautiful thing. Look at its track numbers, especially anywhere where there's good turns. Look at its quarter mile. Its 0-60. Feel it when you drive it. It's an amazing car for the price. I don't race it, but how it handles, its flat torque curve, the way it sounds, how it feels, it's great. Backseats are shitty, so is having a low body and having to think more about curbs a bit.

I shopped around. I didn't inherit my car and go "it's the best". I had a choice, I made my choice. Yes, I had a budget, that's for sure.

I've gotten to drive a couple newer BMW's in the 50k range (not a test drive), I've test driven the 2017 V6 Mustang and ecoboost one, I've driven an '06 Acura TL, I've driven a couple F150's, I've driven an Audi Q7 2010 or 2011 model, v6 RAV4 2008 model, and I've driven some cruddy cars too. I have only owned two cars previous to this one (both just OK commuters).

Nothing I have driven yet has felt like this V6 2017 Camaro. The chassis is really good, not that I'd know from understanding it, but just based on what you feel and how it handles.

No, but you definitely talked yourself into thinking a V6 'Maro is better than it is.

It's a great car for it's price point, and not disgustingly slow.

That's really all you can say about it.

Seen motor trend's video pitting the BMW m2 against the v6 Camaro? If you don't care for it, watch the ending where the pro driver takes both on the track and they compare finish times.

The car handles beautifully for the price. Show me a brand NEW car that costs 30k before taxes (Canadian), that offers better value (assuming backseats aren't in the equation.) I'm talking about a sporty car used for driving places, having fun while driving (canyon type roads, etc), NOT a race track car.

z34
Focus RS
Golf R
BRZ/FRS
WRX

All cars that are in the same price range, are objectively better, and don't have a shitty bowtie on the front lol

Also, buying new is stupid.
Not an investment, waste of money. Buy 2 years old and save 30%.
