got this for 11 wins....

like wtf, barelly even payed for my entrance fee

115 dusts + 300 golds

7 wins today gave me 180 gold and a pack
seems completely worth to me

arena cost 150gold, with 7 wins you knocked out 2.33 person out of arena you should expect 2.33x the entry fee as a reward (around 350gold worth) but you got 280gold worth (180g+ a pack worth 100g)

Why should you expect a 2.33x reward? Whats wrong with nonlinear rewards?

people think they should be highly rewarded for the amount of games they play
but the reward is you get to play the game and arena

0 wins = 1 pack ... doesnt even matter what 1+ wins give
thats 100 gold with 50 left over for the chance to play in the cool game mode

i play arena cause arena is the most fun

Nonlinear rewards are fine, but I believe the total payouts of all Arena rewards is less than the total expenditures of Arena entries. I think.

Not that that isn't to be expected, though.

The Heroic Tavern Brawls were the fucking worst, though. Total payouts were vastly less than the total entry fees.

heroic brawl's value is pretty shit

arena is okay if you are an infinite or near infinite player. you can easily make your entry fee back + steadily build up your gold with dailies.

im really not sure about that, never played it because it was constructed, but rewards seemed ok overall as i recall
