Not true. Even the subcategory grouping of "Liberal and Very liberal" which was among those recently polled by Marist/NPR showed that they were the only subgroup in majority favor of removing monuments, but only with 57% in favor.

The fervor for it is a media fabrication following the most fringe extreme leftists. No surprise there given their track record of "literally anything to remove or discredit Trump."
