First set item WAY too much strength for me to even think about using it though.



This is where I plateau for awhile.. I didn't even dent him. I am however on p8. Any suggestions? Should I level 30 for valk? Not sure what is out there as far as defense goes for this battle.

After my defeat at Duriel, I decided to farm countess and andy for runes and items. How lucky was this?



Of course, I equipped it.



After about 3 or 4 Andy/Countess runs, I decided to clear all the tombs.
First unique amulet! I think this magic finding gig is paying off.

For a brief moment I got excited for preparations for Diablo, then I saw the fire damage. Poop.



Another set item, very little use for me or merc though.



Clearing all the tombs only gave me 2 levels, and I expected it would be less and less experience, so I decided to give it a go again. Leharas won this day.
Is it bad that I could feel my heart race faster in this battle than it does when I run a mile?

Jade came by pretty fast.


Per rules, I have to completely clear the dungeon levels before returning to town. Level 1 is clear.


Level two clear.

Meh drops, didn't have room and had the east side to clear so didn't bother picking any of it up.



Level 3 clear. Not sure why the eye s/s didn't take.. I must be pushing the wrong key, that's twice now..

This map is humongous, and it's only normal. I can only imagine what hell will bring for me.



Level 1 is complete. Jeez..



Level 2 complete + heart. Yay!
I'll re-run spider cavern later for the s/s, as well as all the other silly little levels, wanted to get quest done first.

Ruined Temple is clear. Had to re-run it as I forgot to take a s/s on clearing it, if anyone noticed the exp bar and life difference.
Yay for 5 stats.
