Yeah I've seen threads about this in general discussion around when they made all these great improvements and fixes to d2. Chat mutes and what not.

Blizzard is fiddling with things, there's been loss of friend lists and connection issues posted all over the D2 forums here and Blizzard's forums. There has been ban waves for mods as well.
Nothing we can do about it
