If you mean free anti-virus then something like Avast (
http://www.avast.com/index
) OR Panda (
http://www.pandasecurity.com/usa/homeusers/solutions/free-antivirus/
) are good solutions.
For paid then Bitdefender (
https://www.bitdefender.com/
) OR Kaspersky (
https://www.kaspersky.com/
) OR F-Secure (
https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/home
)
Do note that only 1 anti-virus should be installed at a time, as they otherwise may conflict with each other, defeating the purpose of having them installed.
For some it can also be a neat idea to complement the anti-virus with anti-malware solutions, such as Malwarebytes (
https://www.malwarebytes.com/
) or Spybot S&D (
https://www.safer-networking.org/dl/
)
However, depending on how heavily infected the PC currently is (and with what), the best solution could be to re-install the operating system entirely, and then install proper anti-virus once the PC is up and running again.

Kaspersky is good, but I'm using Advanced system care pro 10.x by Io-bit software.and it's pretty decent. Their anti-malware software (by Io-bit technology) runs their own anti-malware, and Bit-defender's anti-malware engine. It does seem to have annoying false positives sometimes, as well as some items pop up again after i add it to the white list. It's pretty good AV for my needs. I like it better than Avast, or bit-defender. Bit defender has gone down hill. I wasn't happy with it last I tried. I'd go with Io-bit anti-malware or kaspersky. Wouldn't be a bad idea to back up any files needed, and re-install windows fresh. After that, then install your av right away.
