I am also trying to steer clear of whey protein, it gives me an ungodly stomache ache for 30 minutes after drinking it. Not sure what causes it but whey protein is the only thing that causes it. I can drink milk, eat yogurt/cheese/icecream all without any issues but the second I drink whey I just get a bad stomache ache.

Anyone try brown rice protein powder?

Have you tried more than one brand of whey? I've had some stomach issues with different brands in the past. Does the rice protein powder have other types of protein in it to make it a complete protein? Never tried it.

The only brand that does not destroy my stomach is called Pure Protein, and it's just the cheap stuff you can get at walmart or the grocery store.

I use body fortress which I also buy at Walmart. :thumbsup:

Ulcerative colitis/crohns crew checking and I don't have a single problem with 32 ounces of milk and 4 servings of ON whey every day.

You guys need to get a better stomach haha
