So here is the issue i can get theese sigs down to around 900kb but no lower. i would like someone to hel me figure this out for future reference and ill toss so fg your way if you can help. attached are the images.

Both are clutter with a dither effect, so a good point would to have the original frame without this effect.

Then they both have too many frame to fit the 70Kb size... Finally each animation is a unique case to keep the best quality - palette color, frame nb. , loss data are some way to go to compress them -

Looks like you've found a good sequence to loops your frames :thumbsup: ( 14 and 22 frames are find )

  • The main issue remain with the dither effect from the original gif:


      useless dots jumping everywhere are byte/Kb lost for each frame - and therefore the overall quality will suffer.


    In the case you don't have a clean base to work with, then re-working the ( 22 ) frames you've selected to get ride of those noise will help you to improve the quality.

    However it's better to avoid a dithered base !! :wallbash:


Last trick is to reduce slightly the resolution ( either croped or resized ) - 350x150/140 usually don't make a big difference from the max resolution...

That's all pretty much, gl :)

the quality was ok until i dropped down to around 70kb
