These days I'm active mostly on D2 forums, but I was wondering how long the timeout is between posts and if it differs from forum to forum or is it site wide? I'm not talking about the D2 4-hour bump, I mean the timeout between any post/reply when you have to wait a short time to be able to post again on a different thread.
