I was having this problem on win10, i downgraded to win7 and was good until i just restarted my computer

The disk isn't actually doing any I/O its just acting like it since everything running on C: freezes but if programs are running on another HD its fine.


C: is SSD
D: is SSD
E: is HD
G: is external HD
