Pretty sure winston is for diving... so it is his job to dive. You just need coordination with the dive dps on your team as well.

P.S. don't be proud of gold hero damage, if you lose that meant you fed their healers way too many ults. and support ults are way more important than dps or tank ults

Yes, but the final hit is the most important one.
If you keep getting people to 1 hp and letting them heal, you've lost the fight

I played 3 games,

rein, zayra & winston

in 2 games we had 3dps.. I had 4gold in all 3 games. Won 1 of those games.

It's impossible, I'm in plat/diamond tier cuz I don't play that much... and there's a reason why I barely play, people suck at this mmr.

If you're playing with rein and Winston and getting gold elims and damage chances are that you're not playing them in the way most beneficial for your team

Are you diving the healers with Winston? If you dive in and pick off the healers then you'll win every single game until Master's.

It's not THAT simple, but that's the bulk of Winston play. Diving in at the right time and focusing the correct targets.
