how am i only getting 15 fps lol? anything i should try before i reinstall the game?

also wanted to mention i made sure that i had the most up to date drivers and all my other games are running ok

whats ping?

video settings on high?

5400rpm hdd?

running on optimal which i have done before and have kept a stable 60fps ( ultra/high )

crucial 275gb ssd

playing pubg right now 60++ fps

9ping 242up 12down

so i reinstalled and im still having the same problem. anyone have an idea of what's causing this?

run DDU in safe mode then reinstall drivers.

no clue what ddu is. what i find really strange is that this game ran 100% fine a month ago, now its doing this bullshit. and its the only game that im having problems with...everything else runs 100% fine.. SC2, PUBG, and DOTA 2

disc usage for bo3 is 104294 on drive C could this be a problem?

no idea what that is and no. whats pissing me off even more is that the game ran at 45 fps with my old build gtx 960 and amd fx 8320 lol. WHAT FUCKING GIVES
