What are the Other games?

If it's only one game...might wanna check the game's forums. Try a different client, try it on non ultra settings.

CSGO, League, etc.

I've posted on forums and people say that they've experienced something similar. This is what they said

NXT attempts to utilise all of your GPU's resources and push out as much fps as possible unless you turn on vSync. If you have a high refresh rate monitor like 144Hz, then do half vSync because simply turning it on normally will still try to push 144fps - which not even my own GTX 1080 Ti can do in 'true' Ultra.
Be sure to go into your Nvidia control panel (right click the desktop) and click on 'manage 3D settings'. In the global settings tab, scroll down to 'Vertical Sync' and choose 'Use the 3D application setting'. This will allow the NXT client to control the vSync settings of your GPU.

So I'm hoping I can change those settings and I will see how things fair. Will post back tomorrow; heading to bed.

Back!

Changing my monitor refresh rate down to 60Hz caps RS3 around 50C.
Solved!
