I use a lot of forms in my wordpress business, I use Ninja Forms in wordpress which uses a lot of CSS language in HTML. If someone is good at CSS, wordpress or Ninja Forms, please let me know. The form is complete but needs styling desperately: http://www.servicedogids.org/local-pickup/
