last few seasons was manald wizard, dunno if in the fresh season something changed with necro but i guess wiz is still top tier

My advice:

Step one - delete chars.

Step two - uninstall.

Step three - enjoy life.

Don't waste too much time trying to figure out which char is best for building atm. You wont have the required gear haha. Focus on playing something you enjoy and go from there. Every character has the capability of clearing t13
