You have no idea what you are talking about. Everything you wrote would be (a bit) true, if there was no proc. People don't play HC because:
- community is tiny (SC isn't great either)
- they have bad ISP
- they are afraid of random crash / DC / server spikes
- they are terribly bad @ this game
- they don't realize how easy it is to not die by their own fault
