Would like to know who i should farm in normal for good upgrades lvl 21 atm acy2 staff hes breezing through quite nicely did just find bfist and grey form although it was eth

Mephisto is your next big guy to start farming. Then Diablo, then schenk, then baal

Could also do trav if you want.. but probably won't be as rewarding as meph

You could just push through with a 'Steel' flail until act 5 and then do some p8 Eldritch/Shenk/Pindle runs with around 100 mf for some xp/extra drops. You could make a 'Strength' runeword in a fast base weapon once you find an Amn, and that should allow you to complete NM Andy runs where you could stay until you found a Butcher's Pupil or some other good early weapon.

Thank you also I never played so b4 so the slow grind hard to get use to but haven fun playing although I'm not looking forward to act 3

It gets really fun when you start to find decent gear in NM I find two parts of a WT especially exciting - when you first start to find usable/good uniques/runes in NM, and when you take your first steps in Hell.
