Hey everyone,

I am interested in trying to make a 'cool' Hand of Justice scepter for my Auradin. I would like any combination of the following skills (of course not all):

+Zeal
+Convic
+Redemption
+Vigour
+Cleansing

Even just two of these as +skills would be useful, doesn't have to be +3 either.

My question is this. It should be possible for me to just 'buy' such a scepter (war/divine/caduceus) from one of the in game sellers, and then use cube recipe to hope for 4 sockets. I have noticed that in NM I can sometimes see 'white' items, but not so often. Usually every item is magic. Is there any special way for me to be able to see more 'white' items from the in game vendors? Eg. Special character level and difficulty level combination? Or any other way?

Any recommendations would be much appreciated! I guess scepters with these sorts of stats drop all the time, but I do not do any MF or botting.

Not possible. You can only get 3sox max from a shopped white scepter due to the ilvl. Conviction would not be possible either.
