if i gamble an amu/ring with my lvl 98 what's the item lvl of it?

Gambling ilvl is Clvl +4-5

So, can be ilvl 93 to 99, enough to get any mod.

dosn't matter if it's an amu with +1 energy lvl 2 req then? as soon i gambled it with my 98

Exactly, the ilvl is still 93 to 99, you just have bad mods, and only one, but nothing to do with the ilvl.
